What's the difference between Nero Express and Nero Vision? - nero vision express 31025

I recently bought a new computer preloaded with Nero 8 Essentials installed on it and says I can use Nero, but Nero Vision Express to create a DVD. Does this mean that your vision is already somewhere? Or how can I retrieve it?
